John Causby is the consummate professional. We have been working with John and Groundcrew for over 20 years and he consistently delivers amazing "ear catching" commercials and other audio material. The sound is flawless, his attention to detail is remarkable and the quality of the work is outstanding. In addition, John is very quick to respond and is extremely easy to work with. I have come to rely on John in a major way and he has never let us down and always makes our agency look good.

As VO talent, John Causby is among the most capable, creative, and hardworking talents with whom I have ever worked. As a director, John knows how to get reads out of actors that sound authentic and unforced. As a producer, John is a magician, striving diligently to make the end result work by bringing together voice, music and sound effects into a perfect balance for maximum impact. But as great as he is at all of that, his greatest attributes are he is a really nice man, and people who with him more than once become good friends. I am fortunate to count myself among them!

The man. The myth. The legend. John Causby has been an icon in Voiceover and Sound Design in Charlotte for over 30 years. Probably. I actually don't know how long he's been doing this, but I DO KNOW he is incredibly talented and generous! I hope to work with him for at least another 125 years. Math may not be my strong suit, but stars are, and I give him 6.
