As a musician that has done recordings in numerous different places including some high profile places in L.A; and having spent some time on tour with different platinum artists I can say very comfortably that Modern Audio is the best studio I have ever done any work. The studio itself has a lot of room, a great engineering room, the equipment is top notch, and not the least is that the guys that run it, Nate Young and others, are great guys with whom to work. They go the extra mile, they put in the effort, and they will do whatever it takes so that you walk away with the sound you want. I am very happy with the work that I have done at Modern Audio and I hope to continue to make some great music there. A real great studio.

Tracking drums at Modern Audio is a pleasure and a half! The room is quite tall and spacious, so the drums really come to life on the recordings. Nate and Cori took the time to really make a room that sounds and looks killer, and have stocked it with some neat gear that they let their customers use if they want to. My band got some great sounds recorded here, and the rates are very affordable. Totally legit!

I was blown away with the recording quality of this place. I've got some cheaper recording equipment and thought that maybe I could save some money and do it myself. Glad I didn't. Nate's a pro with pro gear and it sounds great. Plus he's a great guy to work with, not just on a personal level, but on a business level. The studio is newer, so your not recording in some nasty place (been there). Overall great experience (zero regrets), and I've already suggested a couple other musicians to use Modern Audio.
