Steve is a great guitar teacher. I took lessons with him for about 10 months. He is patient with helping you learn what you are interested in playing. He's able to listen to most songs and figure them out by ear in a couple of mins. He doesn't kill you with music theory, but he is willing to teach it to you if you're willing to learn. I learned a ton from him on technique both left and right hand including different rhythm/Strumming patterns. I'd definitely recommend taking lessons with him.

Steve is an absolute Gentleman. Oh you’re after a guitar teacher, he has that in the bag too. He can play any song you put in front of him. His ear for music is incredible. He can teach you guitar theory, scales, strumming, finger picking, and probably others I don’t even know yet. Rock, pop, metal, alternative and more. I think if you gave him a stick and a string, he would be able to play it. He is enthusiastic, patient and will improve your guitar playing. Give him a try.

I was 67 years old and a complete novice when i first began taking lessons from Steve over 5 years ago. It has been such a rewarding journey. I never dreamed I could make so much progress so quickly. Steve is a great teacher and fun to be around. I am so glad I made that first phone call.
