Carol is a great vocal instructor. Very friendly, very knowledgeable!!!! She immediately makes you feel at ease so you get the best out of every session. She caters the lesson specifically to your needs, making things easy to understand and learn. She also helps prepare you for auditions, including making song selections and cuts that work best for you. Highly recommend!

I'm a student of Carol's and can only give her the highest recommendation. After working with Carol on a weekly basis I've developed a voice that I didn't think was possible. Carol has a deep understanding of the mechanics of voice production, which she uses to great effect to enhance and correct vocal problems. She provides encouragement and helps build confidence as skills increase. Carol is excellent at finding repitoir that suits not just your voice but your musical interests in all styles and genres. She custom designs exercises to meet performance goals. Carol has a great ability to make you feel comfortable and supported. She is warm, friendly and in all ways a fantastic teacher. Whether a seasoned professional or a rank amateur, like me, you can't go wrong with Carol.

I am the lead singer for a semi-professional original rock band and highly recommend Carol Westcott. Having performed hundred of live shows (many in front of national bands), and having released multiple albums worth of material, I felt a need to have a professional instructor check my technique to make sure things were OK. My only regret is that I didn't go to Carol sooner. She immediate identified some 'not so good' habits of mine and worked with me to correct them.
