Absolutely satisfied with my purchase and the service! The owner is so friendly and kind! My family bought me a travel sized guitar for Christmas and the owner told them I could trade it for a full-sized if I liked. I finally decided after 2 months that I preferred a full-sized to a travel-sized, and went to see what he would be willing to do for me. He showed me guitars that would be around the same price, not even considering my previous guitar used, saying I had taken care of it well. I found this new guitar and fell in love with the look and sound, and he got me a bag for it as well. Very very very happy with everything about this!
