TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the engineer I received was a good guy but very inexperienced at recording & mixing. I specified to DAWSON on the phone and in the session notes what I was looking for in an engineer for preferential session quality. After he received my payment he stopped responding to me for 8+ hours. He returned a call I made when I arrived to the studio to tell me how to get in. He also texted me that the engineer was 2mins away making it evident that he read my prior text about the engineer and the smoking. He ignored me lol he had an attitude on the phone from the beginning he’s one of those smart Alec type of guys. I was looking for communication at the least and the customer support from this guy as the one who answers the phone and constructed my session was absolutely t
