These folks are always very knowledgeable and very approachable. If I have no idea what I'm talking about, I just tell them what I'm trying to do and they always send me away with the perfect solution. Sometimes that even means outside the box custom solutions to weird requests. I won't go anywhere else for my audio equipment.

These people are THA Best. Quality and Honesty... Had a woofer let go after 10years on a KW181. He offered the repair service but then he asked me the important qualifying questions and I went with the replacement Eminence woofer instead. Now a 10 year old KW181 sounds better the it's replacement KS118 all day. You guys rock...
