This company is unreliable. I had set an appointment and it had to be rescheduled for reasons I understood. On the second appointment they didn't even show up and didn't return any of my phone calls. I ended up doing my own work instead. Look for someone else if you're needing a network or home theater installed.

I had a surround sound system installed in my basement. Timely and professional service provided by Xander. Prices were extremely fair for both components and labor. The installation was excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the pros at Black Krow for your home audio needs.

DO NOT USE!!! Previously scheduled install of a TV for last week in which they texted to cancel with no advance notice due to “car trouble.” They rescheduled for Monday of the following week and again just no-showed. This time they will not respond to messages or phone calls.
