Adin the guitar tech here is amazing. I left my Martin acoustic here overnight for a string change and truss rod adjustment, and Adin was incredible! He put so much care and effort into going the extra mile to make my guitar feel like it just got entirely set up. Cannot recommend enough! The quality of service is incredible and I will definitely come back for any issues I will ever have!

Had a great experience, came in looking for a Christmas gift and had found the instrument I wanted online. The rep said that was a delivery from the warehouse and it would be a few days, then told me he thought he had one and asked me for a month moment to look around, about five minutes later he came from the back and had what I was looking for. I asked if there was anything else I needed, he directed me to a tuner and recommended a stand. Ended up with everything needed to get a first time player set up with starting a hobby in music. Will definitely return if I have any future needs.

I think I see, for some, what they may mean about salespeople assistance "asking". However, I for one do not want to be bothered; if I need help, I'LL ASK! Did anyone try that? My interactions with the emplyees was helpful when needed. So, that said, I came looking for a Fender Stratocaster HSS Player and I'm very pleased to have found one! What do you think?
