I used the Sosonic music store for things such as picks, strings, cables and set-ups. I had a very good experience until my final visit when they broke a truss rod on a guitar and refused any kind of responsibility, going so far as to charge me for the strings under threat of not being able to retrieve my now ruined instrument. Do not give them your money!
