I've had two great sessions with Peter at Short Stack, first as a musician and then a producer calling on his skills as an engineer to track bass and drums for an artist I work with. Short Stack is a comfortable space to track in, with a great gear list, and Peter's balance of technical know-how, creativity, and people skills have made it a joy to record there. One of my favorite studios I've worked out of in NYC.

Recorded a bit of violin here and had the most wonderful experience! They have an amazing collection of pedals to play with and a very cool neve. Shout outs to Mr. Grant, Mr. Peter, Mr. Joseph and Mr. Stephen--the best recording studio in Brooklyn, hands down!

My favorite studio. The engineers are extremely creative, welcoming, and open all types of music. They have a wide array of fantastic sounding analog gear, a Steinway piano, and are famous for the recorded drum sound they get in their live room. The engineers are also extremely talented at mixing and mastering. Cannot recommend Short Stack highly enough
