Great location for those coming from different boroughs. Staff is very helpful and extremely attentive. Equipment is good quality, well taken care of. Varying studio sizes with A being the biggest. B is somewhat smaller but still very spacious (comfortable enough for a 6 person band). Rates are GREAT! $25/hour for smaller rooms, $30/hour for bigger room. That being said, reservations fill up pretty quickly. UPDATE: After months of consistently rehearsing here with no issues, our band was banned after a pedal broke during our practice. Gear breaks and it is reasonable to be upset about that. However, instead of acknowledging the wear and tear that comes with equipment being used by numerous individuals, or trying to find a solution with the band, their first thought/response was to ban us.

Super professional. Super accommodating. Super friendly. Cannot recommend enough. My normal spot was closed down due to the shutdowns and I found this place in a pinch. Turned out to be excellent and was very happy with the session spent there. They had nice amps and kits readily available. You won't be disappointed!

We rehearsed here for six months, consistently. During that time, everything generally went smoothly. We're a professional band with members who have performed in all sorts of venues in the city from Irving Plaza to The Delacorte Theater. There are years of experience in our group, and we've rehearsed in many of the hourly (and monthly) studios in the city. We're polite, respectful, and never mistreat equipment. I'm a hard-hitting drummer. Never once has a studio suggested it was my fault when a drum head broke or any of their equipment failed. Wear and tear is part of the deal when you own a studio. Literally every studio owner in the city knows this. Except Alpha Studios. After a couple of their drum heads broke as well as a cheap kick pedal, they acted as if this was my fault and bann
