Went into the Fort Collins store to check out a Schecter C-1 Platinum blackout and loved it, unfortunately couldn’t come to an agreement on price. However the store associate I spoke with offered me a killer deal on the same guitar in a different finish (the guitar in the photo) but it had to be shipped from New Jersey, I agreed to the purchase. After about a week, I received my guitar. When I got it home and played it, the set up was horrible to say the least, took it back to the Fort Collins store and the guitar tech, Jeremy worked on my instrument with me for nearly 2 hours and he damn near got it playing perfect. No appointment to be seen, he dropped what he was doing to make sure my new instrument was to my liking. He didn’t charge me a penny. I can’t recommend this store enough. I ha

Our band had traveled from Minnesota to play at Blissfall Music and Arts Fest up at The Mish and I had forgot to pack my double keys stand. Online it showed that there was a double stand in stock and the employee that helping me had looked everywhere for it and could not find it. I needed something to play our set the next day and he was able to point me towards a solution that made it work even though they could not find the double stand. I was most impressed by the customer service of the employee. I didn’t have many options but was helped toward the one that would work. Thanks for the help - the store was busy and the employee spent the extra time to help. I was able to put the new stand on my GC card and the new stand worked just right for the gig!

I really appreciate this store and the crew that works here! Jaxton was very helpful with setting me up with some new tech pedal board and a guitar order in which he expedited for me. Travis is another name that I want to acknowledge for his patience, problem solving skills, and excellent customer service while helping me figure out my digital Fender pedal board. This is a very professional team and willing and eager in answering questions. I have met several employees here and everyone have been great to work with.
