10 out of 5 stars! I just finished a very important personal recording session with a jazz group that was at times five members and at times as many as eight. Lance had the space and the equipment that we needed. He was kind and hospitable. It is an eclectic environment that helps inspire artists in their craft. I'm so happy that I chose minimum wage recording and Lance is top-notch!

Lance is great. Makes the band feel at home. Always very positive. Can make 'producer-like' suggestions if you want that, or he can let you do the vision thing by yourself. Very affordable. Turns around the demos very quickly. Quality gear. All in all a great experience.

Awesome studio oozing with vibe/character. This place is one of a kind and is one of the best and longest running studios in town. Lance is the man! Very hospitable and pro at his craft. Would recommend for any artist.
